Perched on an outcropping of rocks that punctuates the end of Sayulita's beach, this remarkable 10 acre estate contains three separate dwellings that together comfortably sleep up to eight. In front, paths lead down to the sand and the surf of the quiet northern beach. Behind the house, the verdant jungle of wild coconuts, bananas, and lush tropical vegetation is home to parrots, other colorful tropical birds, and harmlessly curious iguanas.
Main Casa
The main casa was built in true to beach-living style, blurring the boundaries between indoor and outdoor living. The large dining and living room extends seamlessly to the expansive patio and its saltwater pool. A spacious, fully-equipped kitchen features everything from a commercial gas stove to a traditional wooden tortilla press. On the patio, a wood or charcoal-fired grill offers another cooking option.
The romantic master bedroom suite features a luxurious king sized bed covered in fine pillows and linens and is positioned to take advantage of the dazzling setting sun. Open the shuttered windows to light the room with the warm glow of the sun's rays, or keep them shut to provide privacy from the main patio. The latest addition to the estate is the bungalow, a self-contained house constructed with an eye for detail. The bungalow offers a pleasing mix of romanticism and practicality: romantic with a beautifully appointed king sized bed and practical with a queen pullout sofa.
Casita
Part of the original estate, the comfortable casita studio looks out over the courtyard. It contains a queen sized bed, bath, and kitchenette.

This estate is rented as a whole only. You will not share your vacation with strangers in the the other houses, even if there are just two of you.
